[aprssig] Accuracy of data on APRS

Actually, I believe the outdoor sensors have gone bad.  The station also is
reporting on WeatherUnderground as identifier IQLDROCH1.  Looking at the
history on weatherunderground, the station was reporting temperature, dew
point (humidity) and wind until May 1 @ 10:31 at which time everything flat
lined.  For a few days between May 1 and May 7 the station reported
temperature/dew point as 22.4.  At that point the temperature/dew point goes
to 0(F).

Look down to the "Neighboring Stations" section here,

and you'll see the station temperature is different from the surrounding
stations.

It is probably the case that this station is only reporting barometric
pressure and it that case, the packet should be
