[aprssig] Trackers on motorcycles

I have a brother and cousin who ride and are hams.  I've set myself the goal of a 2-way APRS contact with a _satellite_ while in motion on a MC.  For this, they will award me "Biggest Geek in the Family" award.  

I'm waiting for PCSAT to go into full-sun!
