[aprssig] Help with Interfacing a GPS to Kantronics KPC-3

Before connecting the GPS to the KPC3, enter "INTFACE GPS".  If I remember 
right, 3 Ctrl-Cs will get you back into command mode, but you may want to 
check the manual first.
