[aprssig] Nmea output

Sorry, I should have been more clearer on the "in-dash" gps/display" 
units...

I meant the units that are install by the factories in their cars that 
have the display screen in the dash where the radios and other units, 
like the CD/Tape players and A/C controls are.. It looks like soon these 
units may become "standard" equipment one day, and it sure would be nice 
if we hams could interface our APRS equipment to the in-dash gps via a 
rs-232 type of connector..
