[aprssig] Waypoints to GPS Receiver: Navigation

I believe this was discussed at length on this (or another APRS list)
some time ago, it's a "Feature" of the GPS receiver in question, and the
way it handles incoming waypoint data.  I can't remember if there was a
way round it.

That functionality was originally intended for loading waypoints and
routes etc from a PC and mapping/route planing program, so you could
navigate from one to another, etc.  If you have multiple waypoints with
the same name, it would not know where you want to go, if you asked it
to navigate to WA1XYZ-15 for example!   

After all, Garmin never envisaged you would send waypoint data to it
time and time again, with the same, similar or different co-ords and the
same name!   So it's only trying to show them in the best way it knows
how.
