[aprssig] KPC-3+ isn't hearing

         Well, actually, my KPC-3+ isn't decoding, the light comes on 
just fine when somebody transmits.  I'm not sure what to check, as 
I've got just about every MONitor function turned on.  Communications 
is good between my laptop and the TNC, and it seems to be 
transmitting just fine.  I've tried changing the audio level up and 
down and up and... and nothing seems to change.

         Anybody see anything wrong with this list?  What else can do this???
