My "goal" is to operate from a moving motorcycle, so I can't use any steerable antennas.  I'm hearing nothing with the rubber duckie.  i have a telescoping whip for the HT, but don't know if it'll be worth the trouble.  

Is PCSAT expected to get stronger over the next few weeks?
