[aprssig] Odd TinyTrak II bahviour

Trying to program up a TinyTrakII V1.0 chip here, and it gives this sort of
output.

VK4TEC-9>APT202,RELAY,WIDE <UI>:!2734.45S15306.22E000/000
VK4TEC-9>APT202,RELAY,WIDE <UI>:!2734.45S15306.22E000/000

I change the symbol in the config program and then it leaps back to symbol
"-" and table "/"

It reads ok, but just won;t stick any table or symbol changes.
