[aprssig] pointless text in the status

A D700 can be set to beep all new packets, all packets or off regardless of volume setting.  When it beeps you can look at the display to see if it is something interesting to look at.

Not if you are a home station looking at status beacons.  Many folks with 
home stations *also* have mobile stations.

(assuming you have a D700) .. Can't you look at your D700 screen and see who 
is was that beeped?
