A little prone to intermod if you live in an area where there are paging
transmitters but a Par notch filter takes care of that. Great radio.

I echo the sentiment of the others, including this one above..
The D700 is the best implementation for APRS short of probably a
laptop. The D700 just works and it takes up a relatively small
amount of space. With all its quirks, it's still definitely
something that I haven't regretted owning for a minute. It's a
decent 2m/440 rig as well, certainly better than any general 2m rig
and a TT or Opentracker.
