[aprssig] APRSQuery WebPage- Raw Data queries modified

I was working over the APRSQuery web page  <http://www.wulfden.org/ 
APRSQuery.shtml> today cleaning up some sloppy HTML and adding the  
html for the  APRS Webring. While I was at it I modified the raw data  
query for position and weather at the bottom of that page. I hard  
coded a request for time/date stamp on  the data lines (&time=1 is  
the parameter added) If this causes a problem or breaks somebody's  
usage of my page, I can probably add it as yet another pull down menu  
item on  the form.
