None of these have worked.
Hence we are going to the FCC address base next...
It is clearly inadvertant, since the VOX circuit makes
the callsigns almost unintelligible, so we are sure 
the person is not aware it is going over the air..

And it is not on the APRS-IS (at least not withh 
a position anywhere near).

UI-View and AGWPE will be your culprit for announcing the stations on the

Look up all the surrounding stations on FindU.com or run UI-View and see 
what stations around the area are using UI-View.

Take the antenna OFF of the top of your HT and do a drive by.
