Nope.  It defaults to OFF.  We don't know what PHG should be set to,
so we require the user to manually hit the correct togglebuttons to
enable it with the proper settings, else it's disabled.

There's no option in PHG for my instance.  My HAAT is -450 feet at
my house.  Because of that I have it disabled.  Also, my experiments
have shown the advantage of very short packets, which is why I run
my home and my mobile with Base-91 compression, no comments, and no
additional extensions.

Sorry, can't do that as I mentioned above.

Yep.

Nope.  We can plot reports on our screen though by creating an
object, then making it an omni-DF type and filling in the fields.
