Dow Corning used to make some non-corrosive sealants (DC-3140,DC-3144)
that we used on circuit boards. The SAREX gear PCBs were coated with
the liquid version (I *think* 3144) and we used the tube-borne version
on cables, connectors, etc. I used to keep some around but it's been a
bit since I saw it in my shop.
The non-acetic acid versions do take a bit longer to set up and dry than
the scidic cure versions.
