[aprssig] Updated APRS Specification

Hello, I'm new to the group and don't have a ham license (yet, but ask me in
a month) and I'm researching APRS. Is there a fully updated APRS
specification available somewhere? Currently I see the 1.01 spec on TAPR and
the 1.1 and 1.2 updates on Bob Brunginga's site, but isn't there a way to
print out the correct spec in its entirety? Thanks for your time.
