Hummh, I assumed additional packets would be
added frames in the same packet. But that is a good
question for a true DCD instead of noise squelch.,

So should they go by DCD? I assume you don't want to just start
transmitting at the trailing FLAG character, since there could be another
packet coming. Is there any consistency in how TNCs handle dwait = 0?
