Charlie,

    I tried ordering a ready made cable from them.  I found the cable
listings are somewhat cryptic.  I called them and asked for help.  They told
me to email technical suport.  I got this 'he wasn't going to advise me
because of a lawsuit thing, been there done that' email back from tech
support.  Bad enough that they are playing this game but why would they tell
me to email for help if they are not goiing to give it?

    Consequently, I'm a little apprehensive of doing business with those
folks.

    I'm pasting a copy of the correspondence below.
