[aprssig] Tier 2 Status

Does port 23 provide the same 'filter' as port 14580 (user definable)?  
Perhaps the other 'filters' are being phased out?

I also find that I can get the APRServe.txt file from 
http://servlist.aprswest.com.  I tried to get it from 'rotate' but that 
didn't work.
