I am looking at the raw data. Several of those packets you listed in the link
above hit at least 4 IGates that I know of yet only one shows up.

Take this packet as an example;
20060615235317,N0YXV-9>GPSMV,WIDE1-1,WIDE2-1,qAR,N0YXV-1:$GPRMC,000157,V,3900.0000,N,09500.0000,W,000.0,000.0,010105,003.8,E*78

(Ya I know long GPS strings are ugly....got to get back to finishing my HamHUD
:-) )

That exact same packet should have hit WY0F, KC0MWM, K0BEV, and on the Digi side
it should have hit WY0F-15, HSTG, NU0C-1, NU0C-15, KA0DOC and possibly KA0DIZ-1,
KC0EQA-11, NX0R-9 but yet none of those call signs show up. That's because the
APRS-IS caught all the other dubs (good thing) and ignored them.

Packets don't just go one direction and stop. They keep going in a 360 degre
pattern from where they started until they time out at WIDE3* (or whatever your
using). Put the APRS-IS only shows one path to the IGate that got to the APRS-IS
first.

Side Note: Just in case you wanted to know my RELAY setting in the log was an
experiement to see what happened if you send old settings every 30 minutes while
the reset of the time sending correct packets. Experiements over...now to find
that darned 9Pin to 25Pin serial cable.....hum lets see now where did I put that
darned thing anyway?

This link showed me the same thing the link above did.
