[aprssig] [EE} MSP430/EZ430 - First protoboard up and running - chips and connectors avaialble

  I received my frst order in this endeavor from DigiKey this morning  
and wired up a rat Shack protoboard for the MSP430F2013 in 14 pin  
DIP. Essentially I duplicated in electrical function the target board  
of the EZ430 kit. I cobbled together a connector, wiring the 4 pin . 
050 socket header back to back with 4 inch wires to a 4 pin .100  
socket header ... not fun! I then brought up the IAR Workbench and  
recompiled, loaded and ran the "Blinking LED," I moved the LED from  
pin top pin and edited the output and recompiled reloaded several  
times ... all was well in Mudville! For details check the WebLog at

Soooooooooooooo, I have 25 MSP430F2013IN chips (14 pin DIP) and 2  
dozen connectors (and more of both on the way) available. Until we  
all get a feel for this, I am limiting quantities to  up to five  
chips and up to 3 connectors per order. More info and ordering can be
