I wouldn't hold PHG as a high standard of evidence. It can be easily manipulated, has a really high granularity, and on my TH-D7, I can't modify it to reflect what power level, height, etc. The problem remains. The packet needs to be decoded to glean anything useful. 73 de Pat --- KA9SCF.
