Hi All
         A new version of aprs-scs is now ready for your down loading 
pleasure.

What follows is the Whats New.

Version 1.29 
Added a new HF mode. 
aprs-scs can now work with Multipsk. aprs-scs is able to connect to 
the new multipsk server. aprs-scs will work with all of the multipsk 
modes except any mode that 
does not transmit the following characters.

Note not all modes that Multipsk can output and receive send the 
above characters. 
Since the above characters are in every aprs packet then if the above 
characters are not compatitable then aprs-scs will be unable to 
decode the packets

Let us hope we never witness the "Silence Of The Hams"
