[aprssig] Kenwood D700 and anti-tracker functions

Yeah, they've been promoting it pretty heavily with the AvMap Geosat G4T.
It's NMEA-only, so all you get is a callsign and generic icon, usually a
pushpin or dot.  It's not nearly as cool as my Tracker2 with symbol
translation and waypoint comments.  =]
