[aprssig] VHF Aircraft Channels

It doesn't even say 144-148 RX. You can safely ass-u-me that it's an AM TX
only, and that there's no FM TX circuitry in there at all.

I just checked the specs on that radio, and it shows TX 118-136.975.  It
does not say 144-148 tx.  Do you have to mod the radio for 2m?  And if
you mod it, does that nullify the type acceptance?
