[aprssig] New WIDEn-N explaination please

I think I understand a bit more, so some of the digi's along the way are setup
to support WIDEn-N, but not the new paradigm. But I still don't understand
what happened to the first station that did digi on RELAY. Why would any
future digi remove that from the path?
