Just trying to do a reasonably full coverage test file for the
weather alerts was a big pain!  Doing the same for the full spec
would take one person a heck of a lot of hours.  If people split up
the work it might be done reasonably though.  It would be a
wonderful thing to have and to keep up-to-date.
