[aprssig] Broken KPC3+ 9.0

I think it was next step to make decision new release is no longer 9.0. I
was one of beta testers in fixing dupe checking and probably one of the
first group which got upgrades. I think it was not a big group.

Last days I did upgrade for my KAM XL which is available for downloads. And
in the new firmware version UIDUPE is added, as well. Not many people use
KAM XL for wide-range digis. Just is good to know.

Talking about dupe checking, in another post (D700 digi and unproto) about
digis in South CA was stated WIDE1-1, WIDE2-1, WIDE2-2, WIDE3-3 are in the
UIDIGI command. I think such configuration is good only for KPC-3+ v9.1.
Otherwise, we are back to RELAY,WIDE with duplicates. If mobile is using
WIDE1-1,WIDE2-1 Digis without UIDUPE do duplicates, i.e.:
K6AAA>WIDE1-1,WIDE2-1
then
K6AAA>digiA*,WIDE2-1
K6AAA>digiB*,WIDE2-1
K6AAA>digiA,digiB*
K6AAA>digiB,digiA*
73!
Andy
