Just to clarify this... All the LA/OC area high-level digipeaters
respond to WIDE1-1,WIDE2-1, WIDE2-2 and WIDE3-3. The metro area
digis force one-hop digipeating to minimize channel loading.
Outlying digis allow two-hop digipeating and trap high digi-hop paths.
