Such things have always been in findU.

For example, if you look at near.cgi:

http://www.findu.com/cgi-bin/near.cgi?call=K4HG-8

there is a link at the bottom to show all the stations:

http://mm.aprs.net/map.cgi? 
map=APRSworld&lat=24.66150&lon=-81.48200&call=*&range=1

You may need to zoom out to see the particular area you are  
interested in. If you just want the map, you can use plot.cgi to get  
any area you are interested in:

http://www.findu.com/cgi-bin/plot.cgi? 
lat=24.66150&lon=-81.48200&call=*&degree=2
