[aprssig] Google Earth and APRS

I would like to see a "Pedestrian" icon because I don't think "Jogger" icon
really implies either a casual walker or person(e.g. 'ham') standing at a
fixed location. So far my requests for this basic icon have been rejected,
citing the "Jogger" as suitable instead. I don't agree, 73 de Rod.
