[aprssig] Garmin GPS35

GPS is connected directly to laptop running Garmin's configuration and setup
program. When you click on display NMEA output you get something like this
00.000000N 00.0000000W (you get the point). Currenlty I don't have it connected
to anything other than the laptop. Once I get that part working I can move on
and reconnect it to the TNC.
