Nope.

Nope.  Not as far as I know anyway.

Nope.  This TNC uses different hardware, a Z8530 chip (HDLC
controller chip, dual-channel) instead of a Z80 SIO chip like the
TAPR-2 chips.

The only alternate firmware I know of for them is perhaps a
standalone KISS firmware and the NordLink firmware.  Neither of
which would give you WIDEn-N capability.

Put it in KISS mode and hook it to an old DOS laptop (an old 8088
should work fine) running digi_ned and you'd have it though.
