[aprssig] Using RELAY or WIDE1-1 in a path

Using WIDE1-1 in any position after the first will make all of the home stations that digipeat WIDE1-1 retransmit your packet and cause a very serious amount of QRM. WIDE1-1 replaced RELAY because WIDE1-1 is works on older WIDEn-N digis and it works on newer fill-in WIDE1-1 digipeaters (the old RELAY-only digipeaters). By using WIDEn-N (and SSn-N (that is the state abbreviation n-N)) it prevents dupe packets from clogging the APRS network.

Maybe I'm overlooking it, but I do not see any reference to not using WIDE1-1
in any position beyond the first under the new paradigm in the referenced
document.
If I'm missing it, please point it out to me.
