[aprssig] APRS Voice Alert

I am a bit puzzled at people telling Bob, of all
people, that Voice Alert is a bad idea. Working
for the postal service, I remember United Parcel
Service trying to tell the USPS that 78710 was
not a valid ZIP (developed circa 1963) code.
Go figure.
