Scott,
Did you intentionally make this incompatible with
the APRS telemetry spec, or is there a typo?
If you want to make it compatible with existing
APRS telemetry parsers, then the format should
be:

T#SSS,156,217,000,006,000,00000010

Where SSS is a serial number.followed by a comma.
The "MIC" and missing comma has the potential to
possibly mess up an existing parser...
