[aprssig] WHY all the attachments?

On a couple of occasions I've had OL2000 get itself in a knot and all HTML mail
comes through as attachments.
No idea why and restarting normally clears it.

I get the attachments also. I use Outlook 2003 and there isn't any option
referring to "in line quote" to "attachment" converter.

I do not get any attachments.
I use Eudora.
Maybe something to do with how your mail reader is setup.
You might want to ensure that you do not have "in line quote" to
"attachment" converter turned on.
