[aprssig] WHY all the attachments?

I just noticed something, only because I added the APRS list to another
computer, but many of the messages from this group include ATTACHMENTS.

the delete folder and I never see these messages.

This could be good, this could be bad.

WHY are all of these messages being sent with attachments?
