No, I wasn't sure about the callsign (hence the question mark behind the callsign).  You are correct, it is K3VOA.  I think that was my key digipeater to getting into the network when I was up there last.  Hopefully I'll have be successful while I'm up there.

K1VOA ?  YOu sure about that, last I knew it was K3VOA; K1VOA lives in NC
 
 
There are numerous APRS digi's around the area. Some of them like WX3SMD-13, KG4ICG, N3IJW, and KV3B pretty much "ring" DC around the beltway

Last December when I was in DC I found K1VOA? at the VOA Office serving as a digipeater.  I just looked but couldn't find it online today.  Anyone tell me if it is still up and running?  I'll be headed to DC in the next few weeks and I want to venture out on APRS while I'm up there.
