We've just had a lengthy discussion on the UIview list about access
problems at Bob's site. One of the outcomes of this debate has been
that the domain for his website has changed.

         http://web.usna.navy.mil/~bruninga/aprs.html
is the old (now obsolete) URL.

It has moved to the current URL of
        http://www.ew.usna.edu/~bruninga/aprs.html

However, some domain servers (and links on other websites found with
Google) still contain references to the old URL allowing some (but not
all) users to access the site using the old URL. . For the most
reliable and consistent results for everyone, the new URL only should
be cited.

In addition, due to domain server misconfiguration issues, many people
outside the U.S. can't reach the site at all at eiher address. I am
now maintaining a mirror of his site on my website at:

       http://webs.lanset.com/wa8lmf/~bruninga
