[aprssig] Generic WIDE still works - surprised

F overlay as I understand it is for KPC-3 v8.2 digis that require 
WIDE1-1 in the UIdigi field, WIDE,30,ID in UIFLOOD, and (in TN) TN,30 
in UITRACE.
Yes, I can remote administer now.
