Thank you to all who responded. I am now able to use APRServe, mainly the 
problem was an incorrectly configured APRServe.txt file as well as many inactive 
servers. I am still unable to connect to some servers, I assume because of 
errors in my APRServe.txt file. Rather then take list bandwidth I may contact 
you directly.
