I use this shell script to update the keps findU uses with predict to  
generate the ISS and PCSat positions:

wget http://amsat.org/amsat/ftp/keps/current/nasa.all
/usr/local/bin/predict -u nasa.all
rm -f nasa.all

Easy to do with predict, don't know anything about digi-ned, but the  
wget will work for getting the keps...
