[aprssig] DEM mirrors?

I think this hit the list a couple weeks ago.  Does anyone know of any 
mirrors for DEM files?  USGS has disallowed ftp access to download the 
files (my tax dollars at work!) and points me to commercial sites.  I need 
the DEM files to work with Splat!

Had I known they were going to do this I would have mirrored the site.  In 
particular I need Columbia-E and Columbia-W, but I'd rather find a mirror 
(and likewise, I'd be willing to host a mirror if that's any help).
