[aprssig] AGW UIDIGI ???? New paradigm

I was working with Dan Jerry, KA2HMR over across lake Champlain who is
running AGW UIDIGI. It seems that if he turns on WIDEN-N anytime he gets a
'terminal' WIDEN_N packet (WIDE2-1, WIDE3-1, WIDE4-1, etc) he whacks off the
"-1" and then sends  13-23 copies of that frame. Very repeatable, simply
bring up properties check WIDEN-N and it happens within minutes and keeps
happening until WIDEN-N is disabled.

Is this a known problem? Are we doing something wrong?

N1BQ-3 is a KPC3+/v8.3 running the new paradigm
