[aprssig] Any more changes?

The timing issue work-around is to simply set one
of them to something like every 12 minutes DIRECT, 
one every 35 minutes via WIDE2-1 and one every 
73 minutes to WIDE2-2?  (There should be an
optimum setting to minimize their occassionaly
occuring at the same time, but I have not had time
to work it out)...

The WIDE1-1 problem is solved by putting WIDE1-1
in the ALIAS list...
