Wes,
What was his path? Again, RELAY,WIDE,WIDE can
generate 3 to 6 times as many copies as WIDEn-N which
still accomplishes exactly the same thing. As we
have recently been asking people to switch from
RELAY,WIDE,... to WIDE2-2 or WIDE3-3, our channel
(with over 300 stations coming in from all over) now
actually has several seconds of quite time between
some packets. But we still have 40% of all users
using WIDE's. I just wish we could get their attention...

I just looked at the packet hog usage, and see that n7fsp is at the top
of the
list for packets sent from his mobile.... So I clicked on his callsign

and read
his qrz biography.... he says "Very active in Packet Radio, Search And
Rescue
(SAR), and APRS.". Why, yes, he is very active - with more that 3
times as
many packets seens as the next lowest guy! lol!!! And those packets
were sent
at 3am localtime!
