[aprssig] Additional IGates ?

I wish more Windows programmers would pay attention to this.  A network
service like an IGate has no business running in the GUI.  It needs to be
written as a service, capable of running without a user logged on.  APRSD
does this quite well under Linux.  I think I've heard that Javaprsrv can be
run as a service - but that might have been true only when used with the
generic service wrapper from the resource kit.  Does anyone know if it'll
run as a native Windows service?
