[aprssig] MFJ1278 and UI-DIGI

I was wrong....the MFJ1270C/1274C/1276 all use the same board, and my 
instructions for using these with UIDIGI are correct.  As to the 
MFJ1278, as it turns out, I have no info.  Sorry
