Hi All
          APRS-SCS version 1.15 is now ready for your down loading 
pleasure.
APRS-SCS is a 32 bit Windows based APRS client program.
It does APRS as APRSdos does.
It follows Microsoft guide lines for Windows programming.
In other words APRS-SCS user interface looks and act like any other 
Windows software.

Version 1.15
Incorporated the displaying of PHG circles on the map.
You can now display fixed station PHG circles. You can also display 
Mobile station PHG circles. The difference between Fixed and Mobile 
is Mobile is 1/2 the size. This gives a truer repsentation of the 
comms range of mobiles to fixed stations.
There are 3 new map menu items. Plot Fixed PHG, Plot Mobile PHG and 
Refresh Map.
You can display Fixed by itself or Mobile by itself or Fixed and 
Mobile together.
The PHG circles are modal menu items. Once checked PHG circles will 
be displayed continuously until you uncheck the menu item.
The Refresh Map Menu item will erase the PHG circles from your map.
Note the PHG circles are temporary. If you have any forms cover your 
map form then the covered PHG circles are erased. If you zoom your 
map the PHG circles will be redrawn.
Added PHG information to the find and Information forms. If a station 
is sending PHG information then this information is displayed on 
these forms.
If a user of APRS-SCS does not enter his own PHG information by going 
to the setup/mode tab APRS-SCS will enter it for him. The default is 
PHG5130 for fixed PHG3020 for mobile.
