I would think additional options would be:


  *) DMapper plus a commercial mapping program plus your choice of
     APRS clients, or

  *) Xastir.


DMapper gives you a connect between your APRS program and a
commercial mapping program.  Maptech might be a good choice for you
here due to its extra drawing function, but others might work for
you as well.
